Exchange/Credit/Refund Policy

We want you to be absolutely satisfied with your jewelry purchase. If within 30 days of the shipment date, you are not completely satisfied, you may return it for an exchange, credit, or refund. Contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#).

To obtain an RMA#, contact PaNache via email at panachecustomer@gmail.com or by phone at 504-715-0741 and a number will be e-mailed to you.

All items must be returned in the original state they were received. Returns should be repacked in the original packing material then placed in a protective package. Do not bulk wrap or place all of the items in one bag or container inside the box. Each piece must be bagged or wrapped separately. This will prevent the jewelry from being damaged in shipping. Jewelry that is received scratched or marred will not be accepted for exchange, credit, or return. Each item must be protected in the same manner as it was received.

Exchanges, credits, or refunds will only be given to the person who originally purchased the item.

Jewelry that has been modified by a 3rd party jeweler or abused will not be accepted for refunds or exchange.

panachedesignerjewelry.com will refund original shipping charges on a return.

For jewelry purchased as a set at a single price, the entire set must be returned in order to receive an exchange, credit, or refund. If not, the jewelry will be sent back to you at your expense.

For your security, return the package to us using an insured carrier and retain your receipt. This will protect you in the unlikely event that your package is lost or damaged in transit. If the package is lost or damaged during transit, and it was not insured, the issue is between you and the carrier.

All returns are inspected by our Returns Department to verify the condition of the item. Returns take 10-15 business days after receipt by PaNache for processing.

PaNache credits your credit card immediately. however, debit card processing with the bank can take 10-15 days. An RMA# is required to process your return. Returns will not be accepted without the RMA# clearly written on the outside of the package.

Once your return has been received and validated at PaNache, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 1-3 business days.

You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note your financial institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from PaNache.

If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.

  • Included a copy of your original invoice for a refund. If you do not have the original invoice only credit can be given. Call us if you have questions.
  • Make sure that you have obtained an RMA#
  • Clearly written the RMA# on the outside of the package
