The items on our online store are separated into categories to help simplify your shopping experience. You can select a specific category from the top or bottom of the screen or a sub-category on the left. When in the Product Detail screen, click on the item’s picture to view a larger version and detailed information.
QUICK TIP: Place your mouse cursor over anything you think could be a clickable link. You’ll notice that anytime you scroll over something that is a link, your mouse will become a “hand”. Whereas scrolling over anything that is NOT a link will leave your cursor as an “arrow”.

Once your order has been received by panachedesignerjewelry.com you will receive an order confirmation email at the address provided when you created your account.
Please keep this order confirmation number so you will have it available should you have any questions regarding this order.
There is no minimum purchase requirement.
At panachedesignerjewelry.com we use two levels of pricing: online customer and preferred customer. Online customers receive 50% off the retail price. Preferred customers receive more than 50% off the retail price.
Becoming a Preferred Customer
To qualify as a preferred customer you must own your own business and purchase our jewelry for reselling.
This type of customer receives the largest discount off our retail price. We will need a copy of your sales tax permit along with other pertinent information. Call us at 504-715-0741 to receive our Preferred Customer Request.
All preferred customer requests must be approved by PaNache.
You will need to make an initial minimum purchase of $500 using the preferred customer pricing.
If you are a preferred customer and are able to attend one of our trade shows be sure you let us know you are a preferred customer so you will receive preferred pricing whether shopping online or at a show.
We charge sales tax on all orders according to the current sales tax laws.
All orders are shipped United States Postal Service (USPS) 2-3 day Priority Mail. Most orders are guaranteed to leave our warehouse within 1-3 business days from receipt of payment.
Once an item has been shipped from our warehouse, modifications can no longer be made to that order. If you need to make modifications to an order prior to shipment send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, address, confirmation number, and what changes you need. We will try our best to make your changes before your order is shipped.

Out-of-stock and Backorders
A situation may arise when an item will show to be available online when it is temporarily out of stock. We will notify you via email within 24 hours of the placement of your order if an item is not available.
This is considered a backorder. We will order the item from our manufacturer. Once the item has been received by panachedesignerjewelry.com and is ready for shipment, we will charge your credit card then send it to you.
